What climate control is provided?

All villas are equipped with modern air conditioning units throughout all bedrooms and living areas. Additionally, the thick traditional Lycian dry-stone limestone walls provide natural cooling that eliminates the need for mechanical cooling in most conditions, keeping interiors naturally cool even at peak summer temperatures.

Residence 1 — Upper Terrace

A three-bedroom stone house on the upper terrace of the Çukurbağ Peninsula, built from pale local limestone quarried on the same hillside. The private infinity pool looks straight out to Kaş harbour and the Greek island of Meis, 18km across the water. Walls half a metre thick hold the day's heat and release it slowly through the night, so the bedrooms stay cool without air conditioning on most evenings. Residence 2 — Garden Level

A three-bedroom stone house at garden level, set among working almond and olive groves on the Çukurbağ Peninsula. The private infinity pool faces west over terraced slopes, and a shaded stone dining terrace sits under the almond trees at the edge of the orchard. A separate gate opens straight onto the Lycian Way, so you can start a hike without getting in the car. A three-bedroom stone house at the highest point on the estate, with a wrap-around pool terrace that looks from Kaş town to the Greek island of Meis. The local limestone walls are thickest here, and the altitude means the evenings turn cool even in July — a light jumper is worth packing for dinner on the terrace.
